COMPOSER'S NOTE
If you've ever made a video of yourself dancing and posted it to YouTube or TikTok, only to have it removed because you didn't have permission to use the copyrighted music you danced to, then this page is for you.

Hello. I am David Noel Edwards. Because I create music for dance, I feel special sympathy for dancers when they have to endure prolonged isolation as they have over the last year. Even if they have a way of practicing safely, the season for giving live performances is still months away.
Meanwhile, recording video on a smartphone is easier than ever, and anyone can post their dance performance video to YouTube. All that's needed is some great music. You be the judge. There's a lot of variety in the music on this page. There may be something perfect for you. If so, then it will give me great pleasure to see the way you dance to it.

There are nine pieces from my Dracula ballet that I am offering for free. However, if anyone wishes to mount the Dracula ballet in its entirety or wishes to use any of the other music for the ballet that I have not specifically listed here, they will need to seek my permission and may be required to pay a fee.
